34th St Residence
This single-family residence is currently still in the design phase. The structure is a two-story, wood framed building with a roof top deck that provides an excellent area for owners to host guests and gather on a nice evening or summer afternoon!
808 Henderson St.
808 Henderson St. is a special project to Umlauf Engineers, as it is the first project completed in company history. Scope of work included adding on a new wood framed staircase to the existing single family residence. Also, a new construction detached accessory dwelling unit was constructed on site as shown in the photo below.
Su Residence
The Su Residence project is two stories of wood construction, with a basement below. This is a single-family residence, with an attached accessory dwelling unit containing living quarters and parking.
